We do not generally offer refunds after a project has commenced. However, in order to offer flexibility and fairness, we allow a 100% refund request within the first 24 hours of the project start time. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We are committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. If you have concerns with the work delivered, we encourage open communication and offer revisions as per your selected plan’s scope to address any issues promptly.
Before purchasing any service, we recommend clients review our portfolio, service scope, and FAQs to ensure our offerings align with your expectations. It’s the client’s responsibility to communicate clear and complete briefs to help us deliver accurate results.
Refunds beyond the 1-day window may only be considered under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of BuildFast’s management. Such cases will be reviewed individually and any decision made will be final.
